At ARTH, every book is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted specifically for you. As each project is personalized, we are unable to accept returns once production has begun.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided editorial work has not commenced.

Once our team has started reviewing photographs, curating content, or designing your book, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns

As every ARTH book is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection made by the client
• Personal preferences regarding design after final approval
• Customized books and bespoke projects

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• A brief description

After verification, we will gladly replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• We are unable to complete your project.
• A duplicate payment has been made.
• We cancel your order before production begins.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
