• Final approval of layouts is your responsibility before printing.

Intellectual Property

The editorial layouts, designs, branding and website content remain the intellectual property of ARTH.

Clients retain ownership of their original photographs.

Limitation of Liability

ARTH shall not be liable for:

• Image quality of photographs provided by the client
• Printing variations within industry standards
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Incorrect information supplied by the client

Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of your registered business location.
